Leonie Rosemin is a seasoned HR professional with nearly 15 years of experience helping organizations grow and thrive. Originally from Jamaica, Leonie moved to the United States at 14, bringing with her a strong sense of determination and a passion for creating positive change. Today, she leads VirtuPath HR Consulting with the goal of making HR expertise accessible to businesses of all sizes, especially those with limited resources.

Leonie holds a Bachelor's degree from Baruch College and a Master’s in Human Resource Management. She is also a certified SHRM-CP professional, which reflects her deep understanding of HR best practices. But what truly sets her apart is her ability to take a strategic, thoughtful approach to HR challenges, always keeping the bigger picture in mind.
